Requirements

  • Proof of current vaccinations from a veterinarian or vaccine clinic

    Bordetella (required every 6 months)

    DHLPP (1 year or 3 year is acceptable)

    Rabies (1 year or 3 year is acceptable)

  • Spayed or Neutered after 6+ months old (for group play)
  • Females cannot be "in heat" during their stay
  • Minimum age of 4 months and Maximum age of 15 years
  • Some Bully Breed restrictions (Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Terrier)
  • You have owned your dog for at least 3 weeks
  • Good health and friendly with people and other dogs
  • Free from fleas/ticks and current on flea preventative

Registration Process

We require a completed Registration Form, Service Agreement and proof of current vaccinations.

Once we have received your registration paperwork we can confirm your reservation.
You can print the forms at home and fax them to us, scan and email to us, or bring them with you to your scheduled tour.


Schedule a Resort Tour or Meet and Greet for your dog

Pet Resort Tours and "Meet and Greets" are available 7 days a week,
with an appointment, from 8:30am-10:30am or 3:30pm-5:00pm.
Call (951) 588-1200 to schedule a tour and see why Veterinarians refer us as the best place to board your dog.
*We recommend bringing your dog for a "Meet and Greet" at the same time as your tour.

Veterinary Services Available During Your Stay

Dr Hodgeson, The Pet Doctor, provides Veterinary services to Ruff House Pet Resort guests while staying for Day Care or Boarding. If you are unable to update your vaccines, prior to your stay at Ruff House Pet Resort, you may schedule Dr Hodgeson to administer vaccines as necessary.
