Registration Process and Tours
New customers are required to schedule a meet and greet. This allows you to meet our staff and to tour our pet resort. We conduct a socialization session and health assessment with your dog and will provide a written evaluation to you with all the details.
Once your meet and greet is completed and approved we can add you to our pet resort family of customers and you can make any reservations.

Provide proof of vaccinations required by Ruff House Pet Resort
Requirements

Proof of current vaccinations from a veterinarian or vaccine clinic.
- Bordetella (required every 6 month)
- DA2PP (1 year or 3 year is acceptable)
- Rabies (1 year or 3 year is acceptable)
- Negative fecal test within 3 months

4 + months old and less than 15 years old

Spayed or Neutered if 1 + years old (NO females in heat)

No longer accepting the following breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier

Good health, friendly with people, and friendly with other dogs

Free from fleas or ticks and current on preventative medicine. No flea collars to be worn while in our care
